AUTOMATIC BAR LOADER FOR FIXED AND SLIDING HEAD LATHES

    New technological solution developed by Cucchi Giovanni for feeding fixed and sliding head lathes.

    NEW TECHNOLOGY
    New rotating bar centering device, adaptable to different diameters. The guide channel is lubricated by recirculation of the same emulsion/oil used by the lathe.

    BAR MAGAZINE
    320 mm internal bar magazine with surface projecting from the loader for continuous bar feed, without excessive force.

    LOADABLE BAR DIAMETERS
    This can range from 3 mm up to 42 mm, depending on the model.

    BAR LENGTH (max)
    Standard 3300, 4100 mm. Different lengths on request.

    

    BAR INSERTION INTO THE SPINDLE
    Bar movement by brushless motor with gearmotor equipped with electronic synchronisation axis for position self-learning. Self-centering bar extractor/pusher, in the collet of the loader.

    ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM
    Electronic control system with 4.0 technology. Siemens PLC and color touch panel.

    BAR HOLD/SUPPORT
    The bars are supported and guided, inside the loader, by lubricated polyurethane guide channel. This guide channel is composed of sections with a quick-coupling and pneumatic closing system and opening sequentially with bar feed. With our new system, the guide channel is lubricated by recirculation of the same emulsion/oil used by the lathe.

    BAR CENTERING DEVICE
    New rotating bar centering device.

    BAR MAGAZINE
    The internal bar magazine is an inclined plane, projecting outside from the upper part of the bar loader. This bar storage offers 320mm in width capacity. Furthermore, there is a setting that allows to rapidly pick up each single bar from the magazine.

    

    DIMENSIONS
    Reduced overall dimensions thanks to the double bar feed system.

    ACCESSORIES
    Possibility to install toolholders inside the loader.
